Terms & Conditions

It is our aim to grow business by ensuring that our customers receive quality goods/services and fair treatment. Only if you are happy with our service will you want you to come back to buy more!

In return, we expect you to be fair in your dealing with us. In particular, if you discover a fault or a problem with an item of equipment we have provided, you should notify us within 7 days. We will then accept the return of such goods for replacement or repair as we see fit.

We aim to ensure that all goods supplied are of the best quality and suitable for your use but we limit any liability to the cost of the goods supplied (within the limits of the law).

Goods will normally be shipped upon receipt of payment. Title to goods does not pass until payment is received in full and carriage is at customers risk. Responsibility for insurance and maintenance passes to the buyer on delivery.

We accept payment by cheque (please allow 5 days for funds to clear before goods are despatched) and most credit/debit cards.
