Aastra 400
The Aastra 400 Key Features:-
Multiple handsets/devices to one user (Ie Desk Phone, Mobile Phone, Dect Phone) all with one number, one Voicemail mailbox.
Integration to Outlook calendar - Changing your Outlook calendar will automatically change the voicemail message on your phone.
Seamless Mobile phone integration either GSM or DECT.
Feature rich SIP handsets
The Aastra 400 is ideal for use in small and medium-sized business with systems expanding from 4 to 400 users. Aastra's Open Architecture allows for seamless integration of traditional analogue and digital communications with modern IP based systems.
Aastra's focus on open standards such as SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) opens up the opportunities to connect voice systems with data systems. For example having a common phone book for office phones, mobile phones, video conference units and email systems saving time and reducing errors, as the addresses and phone numbers can be managed in just one place. Another major advantage of SIP based solutions is investment sustainability as the Aastra systems is not dependant upon a single manufacture. This allows for a complete communications solution with applications from other manufactures that are tailored to your company needs.
The Aasta 400 has three solutions depending on size. All the features are accessible on all of the servers and the systems can be linked together.
Aastra 415 and 430
The Aastra 415 and 430 are designed for smaller businesses with up 12 (415) and 50 (430) employees. Both systems are modular with the 415 having two expansion slots while the 430 has 4.
The Aastra 415 and 430 can both be rack mounted or wall mounted.
Both these system's are perfectly suited for integration of smaller offices into a company's headquarters.
Aastra 470
The standard version the 470 has been activated for upto 36 Users and is easily expanded up 400 subscribers through an additional user licence.
The 470 can be expanded even further to 600 Users and 40 system as part of an AIN (Aastra Inteligent Network) with the addition of the AIN licence.
The Aastra 470 also has an optional Integrated Application Server card which can run the Aastra applications and therefore removing the need for an external server.

Aastra Mobile Client
The Aastra Mobile Client offers easy and feature rich integration of GSM mobile phones to the Aastra 400 system. The Aastra software is downloaded and installed on to the mobile handset and provides a user friendly interface for quick access to numerous options and system functions like. call recording, enquiry call and conference calls.
Using the AMC+ controller calls are intelligently routed via either the GSM or Wi fi networks depending on signal strength / quality and will seamlessly switch between the two automatically.
Office Suite
Aastra's Office suite is a PC based program which provides an overview of telephony operations and efficent processing and control of all calls to your handset.
The Office suite program allows you to make, answer and end calls from a PC. Direct access to the redial list, call diversion, logbook and phone book make it easier and quicker to make calls and capature information from callers. It provides an easy way to define your presence and with a single click you can activate individaul telephony settings such as presence status, call forwarding, notifications, alarm and ring tones for meetings, business or holiday trips.
